MYOM × RISE Promotion — Terms & Conditions

A. General

  • These terms govern the “MYOM × RISE” promotion (the “Promotion”), run jointly by RISE Food & Drink Ltd (company number 12579791, registered office 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX) and MYOM Ltd (company number 14047417, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, Greater London, England, EC2A 4NA). RISE Food & Drink Ltd is the lead promoter. In these terms “RISE” means RISE Food & Drink Ltd and “MYOM” means MYOM Ltd. By taking part in any element of the Promotion you accept these terms.
  • The Promotion comprises three separate offers, each with its own terms: (1) £8 off the MYOM Barista Oat Everyday Bundle; (2) 30% off a RISE Coffee Box subscription; and (3) the MYOM × RISE prize draw. Taking part in one offer does not require taking part in another.
  • The Promotion runs from 00:00 on 1 September 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (UK time). The £8 and 30% offers are valid across this full period; the prize draw opens on 1 September 2026 and closes for entries on 30 September 2026, with the winner drawn on 1 October 2026 (see section D). We may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion, or any offer within it, at any time where reasonably necessary (for example for legal, technical or stock reasons), without liability, though this will not affect orders already accepted or valid prize-draw entries already received.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, discount or promotion, and may not be used on gift cards or already-discounted items.

B. Offer 1 — £8 off the MYOM Barista Oat Everyday Bundle

  • Using code MYOMXRISE26 at myom.shop, you receive £8 off the MYOM Barista Oat Everyday Bundle, reducing the price from £18.99 to £10.99 (a one-time purchase). The bundle contains 6 × MYOM Barista Oat 1L pouches and one reusable MYOM 1L glass bottle, with free delivery. Prices include VAT.
  • The offer is open to anyone with the code, which is promoted to RISE and MYOM marketing subscribers. The code applies automatically via the promotional links or can be entered manually at checkout. It is valid from 1 September to 31 October 2026 (UK time).
  • The offer is subject to availability and while stocks last. Promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law; see the MYOM Refund Policy. Standard MYOM terms of sale, shipping and returns apply to all bundle purchases.

C. Offer 2 — 30% off RISE Coffee Box

  • Using code MYOM30 at risecoffeebox.co.uk, new RISE customers receive 30% off each of their first two RISE Coffee Box subscription boxes.
  • Eligibility: new RISE customers only; one redemption per household; UK residents only; aged 18 or over. From the third box onwards, the subscription renews at the standard price then in force. The subscription is fully flexible and can be cancelled at any time in line with RISE’s terms.
  • This offer is provided and fulfilled by RISE, not MYOM. It is subject to RISE’s own subscription terms, pricing, delivery and cancellation policies. MYOM is not responsible for the RISE subscription, its fulfilment, or any aspect of the RISE service. This offer is valid from 1 September to 31 October 2026 (UK time).

D. Offer 3 — MYOM × RISE prize draw

This is a free-entry prize draw promoted on Instagram.

Promoter

  • The promoters are RISE Food & Drink Ltd (lead promoter) and MYOM Ltd, at the registered addresses given in section A.

How to enter

Entry is free and made on Instagram. To enter, entrants must:

  • Follow @risecoffeebox and @myomshop on Instagram;
  • Like the competition post; and
  • Comment on the competition post, tagging who they would share their first cup with.
  • No purchase is necessary. Entry is only valid via the method above. One entry per person. Tagging must be genuine; automated, bulk, or bad-faith entries, and entries made on behalf of third parties, will be disqualified.

Opening and closing dates

  • The prize draw opens at 00:00 on 1 September 2026 and closes for entries at 23:59 (midnight) UK time on 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees (and their immediate families) of RISE and MYOM and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. By entering, entrants confirm they meet these criteria.

The prize

There is one winner, who will receive:

  • A 3-month RISE Coffee Box subscription — each monthly box contains two freshly roasted, 100% Arabica speciality coffees (medium to medium-dark roast, 200g–250g bags) from two different independent roasters, never repeated, plus gifts, with free tracked 48-hour delivery;
  • 24 × MYOM Barista Oat pouches (making 24 litres in total); and
  • One reusable MYOM 1L glass bottle.
  • The approximate total retail value of the prize is £150. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the promoters reserve the right to substitute an element of equal or greater value.

Winner selection and notification

  • One winner only will be selected, at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, using a verifiably random method. The draw will take place on 1 October 2026.
  • Following the draw on 1 October 2026, the winner will be announced on both the MYOM and RISE Instagram profiles and contacted by Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 14 days of the announcement being posted to claim the prize and provide delivery details. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the promoters reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.

Instagram

  • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility and acknowledge that any information they provide is provided to the promoters, not to Instagram or Meta.

Data and marketing

  • Entrants’ personal data will be used only to administer the prize draw, in accordance with the MYOM and RISE privacy policies. By entering, entrants may be offered a separate, optional opt-in to marketing from MYOM and RISE; marketing is not a condition of entry, and entrants can opt out or unsubscribe at any time. The winner agrees that the promoters may publish their Instagram handle to announce the result.

General

  • The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or Instagram’s terms, or that are fraudulent, offensive or made in bad faith. The promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside their reasonable control.
