An oat drink premix is a liquid oat base that you mix with water to make your drink. MYOM comes in two pouch sizes: 65g makes 500ml and 130g makes one litre. Both blends are made in the UK.
There’s liquid oat premix inside every MYOM pouch. You add the water when you’re ready for a fresh bottle. Choose the size that suits you. Keep your pouches in the cupboard for up to 12 months, then make a fresh bottle when you need it.

Both blends have no added sugar, are low in saturated fat and are fortified with calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iodine. MYOM Original is also low in sugar and low in fat.

Looking for oat drink with less packaging? We pack the liquid oat base into a small pouch for you to mix at home. That means less packaging and less weight to deliver. Here’s how the one-litre pouch compares with a carton.
At least 80% less primary packaging by weight. A MYOM pouch uses 6g of material per litre, against 31.5–33.5g for a typical 1L carton.

HOW IT WORKS
How do you make MYOM?
- Pour 500ml of cold water into a clean 1 litre bottle.
- Add the whole 130g pouch.
- Shake firmly for 30 seconds.
- Top up with cold water to 1 litre, then shake again.
Making 500ml? Use a 65g pouch (Original only): 240ml of water, shake, top up with 200ml.
Prefer a blender? Add the pouch to 875ml of water (440ml for a 65g pouch) and blend for 30 seconds.
Once made, keep it in the fridge and use within 5 days.

Using a bottle: add 500ml of water for a one-litre drink or 250ml for a 500ml drink. Squeeze in a 130g or 65g pouch respectively. Put the lid on and shake well for 30 seconds. Top up with water to taste, then put the lid back on and shake again.
Using a blender: add 875ml of water for a one-litre drink or 440ml for a 500ml drink. Squeeze in a 130g or 65g pouch respectively and blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerate once made, whichever method you use.
