An oat drink premix is a liquid oat base that you mix with water to make your drink. MYOM comes in two pouch sizes: 65g makes 500ml and 130g makes one litre. Both blends are made in the UK.
There’s liquid oat premix inside every MYOM pouch. You add the water when you’re ready for a fresh bottle. Choose the size that suits you. Keep your pouches in the cupboard for up to 12 months, then make a fresh bottle when you need it.

How do you make MYOM?
Make 1 litre (130g pouch)
- Pour 500ml of cold water into a clean 1 litre bottle.
- Add the whole 130g pouch.
- Shake firmly for 30 seconds.
- Top up with cold water to 1 litre, then shake again.
Make 500ml (65g pouch, Original only)
- Pour 240ml of cold water into a clean 500ml bottle.
- Add the whole 65g pouch.
- Shake firmly for 30 seconds.
- Top up with 200ml of cold water, then shake again.
Using a blender
- Add water. Pour 875ml of water into your blender to make one litre, or 440ml to make 500ml.
- Squeeze. Add your MYOM liquid premix: a 130g pouch for one litre or a 65g pouch for 500ml.
- Blend. Blend for 30 seconds.
Once made, keep your oat drink in the fridge, ready for your cuppa, coffee or breakfast bowl.

Using a bottle: add 500ml of water for a one-litre drink or 250ml for a 500ml drink. Squeeze in a 130g or 65g pouch respectively. Put the lid on and shake well for 30 seconds. Top up with water to taste, then put the lid back on and shake again.
Using a blender: add 875ml of water for a one-litre drink or 440ml for a 500ml drink. Squeeze in a 130g or 65g pouch respectively and blend for 30 seconds. Refrigerate once made, whichever method you use.
