What is MYOM?
MYOM (Make Your Own Milk) is a premix you mix with water at home to make fresh oat milk in seconds. Instead of buying heavy cartons that are mostly water, you add the water at home when you need it.

How to make MYOM (Shake to Make)
To make 1 L (130 g pouch)
- Pour 500 ml cold water into a clean bottle or container.
- Add the full 130 g pouch.
- Shake firmly for 20–30 seconds until smooth.
- Top up with cold water to reach 1 L, then shake again.
To make 500 ml (65 g pouch — Original Oat)
- Pour 240 ml cold water into a 500 ml bottle.
- Add the full 65 g pouch.
- Shake for 20 seconds until smooth.
- Top up with 200 ml water, then shake again.
Tip: You can adjust the strength—use a little less water for creamier milk, a little more for lighter milk.
Storage & shelf life
- Unopened pouches: store in a cool, dry place. Original Oat has a 12-month shelf life. Barista Oat currently has a 7-month shelf life (check the pack).
- Once made into oat milk: refrigerate immediately and use within 5 days. Shake before each use (natural separation can occur).
- Opened pouch: reseal, refrigerate, and use within 5 days.

Both MYOM Original Oat and MYOM Barista Oat are fortified with calcium, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 and iodine. MYOM is made without added stabilisers, gums, or acidity regulators like dipotassium phosphate.
