MYOM Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love MYOM. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to cancel.
To keep things safe and hygienic, returns must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Once packaging has been opened, the cooling-off period no longer applies and we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, taste, texture, or personal preference.
If your return meets the criteria above:
- We’ll refund you in full, including our standard delivery cost
- You’ll need to cover return postage
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered?
That’s on us. If your MYOM arrives faulty, unsafe, damaged in transit, or not as described, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund and cover the return postage.
Food products & personal preference
MYOM is a food product. Once opened, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for taste, texture, separation that resolves with shaking, or digestive sensitivity.
Sale, promotional & subscription pricing
Items purchased at a discounted price — including sale items, promotional offers, discount codes, and Subscribe & Save / subscription pricing — are not eligible for return or refund.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are discounted and treated as promotional pricing. You may pause, skip, amend or cancel your subscription up to 23:59 on the day prior to dispatch via the Subscriptions Portal. If subscriptions are amended on the day of dispatch MYOM is not liable for costs associated with that order.
How to start a return
Email help@myom.shop within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for contact.
