All ingredients are plant-based, including our added vitamins — we use a vegan vitamin D₃ from lichen, not animal sources. MYOM is also free from dairy, nuts and soy, making it an easy choice for mixed households.
How long does MYOM last?
Unopened MYOM pouches are shelf-stable for up to 12 months. Once mixed with water, MYOM keeps in the fridge for 5-7 days, just like regular oat milk.
Does MYOM have more calcium than dairy milk?
Yes. MYOM is fortified with calcium and provides more calcium per 100ml than other leading oat milk brands, semi-skimmed and whole dairy milk. It's also fortified with vegan-friendly vitamin D3, vitamin B12, and iodine.
