MYOM Ltd: Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Participation

By joining the MYOM Affiliate Program, creators agree to comply with these terms and all applicable guidelines.

2. Commission & Payments

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission on net sales (first time purchases)
  • Net sales exclude VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts
  • Commission is only paid on completed, valid transactions
  • Commission is not paid on:
    • Returns
    • Fraudulent transactions
    • Self-purchases
    • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Subscription commission applies to the first order only
  • Payments are subject to a 30-day holding period

3. Discount Usage

  • Affiliates may offer a 15% discount on first purchases
  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer

4. Tracking & Attribution

  • Sales are attributed via affiliate links and/or codes
  • Link attribution window is 30 days from initial click

5. Content & Usage Rights

  • Affiliates grant MYOM the right to use their content for marketing, including paid ads, social media, website, and retail
  • Affiliates must comply with brand guidelines and applicable advertising and privacy regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Share discount codes on coupon or deal aggregation platforms
  • Bid on “MYOM” or “MYOM Ltd” branded keywords in paid advertising
  • Misrepresent the brand or make unverified product or health claims

7. Changes to Program

  • MYOM Ltd may update commission structures, discounts, or program terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice

8. Termination

  • MYOM Ltd reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion
  • Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission
