MYOM × SURREAL OATober Promotion — Terms & Conditions

A. General

  • These terms govern the “MYOM × SURREAL” prize draw (the “Competition”). The Competition is run and administered solely by MYOM Ltd (company number 14047417, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA). MYOM Ltd is the promoter. The prizes are gifted by JK Labs Ltd, trading as Surreal (company number 13226563, registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU). In these terms “MYOM” means MYOM Ltd and “Surreal” means JK Labs Ltd. By entering the Competition you accept these terms.
  • The Competition is a free-entry prize draw promoted on Instagram. No purchase is necessary.
  • The Competition opens at 00:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes for entries at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 October 2026. Three winners will be drawn on 1 November 2026 (see section C). MYOM may amend, suspend or withdraw the Competition at any time where reasonably necessary (for example for legal, technical or stock reasons), without liability, though this will not affect valid entries already received.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

B. How to enter

Entry is free and made on Instagram. To enter, entrants must:

Entrants are also invited to comment on the competition post telling us which Surreal flavour they would open first. Commenting is encouraged but is not required to enter or to win.

  • No purchase is necessary. Entry is only valid via the method above. One entry per person. Automated, bulk, or bad-faith entries, and entries made on behalf of third parties, will be disqualified.
  • The Competition opens at 00:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes for entries at 23:59 (midnight) UK time on 31 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

C. Eligibility, prize and winners

Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees (and their immediate families) of MYOM and Surreal and anyone professionally connected with the Competition. By entering, entrants confirm they meet these criteria.

The prize

There are three winners. Each winner will receive:

  • 36 × Surreal Overnight Oats sachets (mix of flavours);
  • One Surreal Oat Pot;
  • 48 × MYOM Original Oat pouches; and
  • One reusable MYOM glass bottle.
  • The approximate total retail value of each prize is £175. The prizes are gifted by Surreal. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, MYOM reserves the right to substitute an element of equal or greater value.

Winner selection and notification

  • Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, using a verifiably random method. The draw will take place on 1 November 2026.
  • Following the draw, the winners will be announced on the MYOM and Surreal Instagram profiles and contacted by Instagram direct message from an official MYOM account. Each winner must respond within 14 days of the announcement being posted to claim the prize and provide delivery details. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, MYOM reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

Prize fulfilment

  • Prizes will be distributed by 4PL Ltd (company number 10013928, registered office St James’ Hall, Mill Road, Lancing, West Sussex, England, BN15 0PT), the shared fulfilment partner of MYOM and Surreal, on behalf of the promoter. Prizes are delivered to UK addresses only. MYOM accepts no responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by a winner or by events outside its reasonable control.

D. Instagram

  • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility and acknowledge that any information they provide is provided to MYOM, the promoter, not to Instagram or Meta.

E. Data and marketing

  • Entrants’ personal data will be used only to administer the Competition, in accordance with the MYOM privacy policy. Winners’ delivery details will be shared with Surreal and with 4PL Ltd only as needed to fulfil the prize. By entering, entrants may be offered a separate, optional opt-in to marketing from MYOM and Surreal; marketing is not a condition of entry, and entrants can opt out or unsubscribe at any time. Winners agree that MYOM and Surreal may publish their Instagram handle to announce the result.

F. General

  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. MYOM reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or Instagram’s terms, or that are fraudulent, offensive or made in bad faith. MYOM accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside its reasonable control.
