What is MYOM Oaties?

Our rewards programme. You earn credit in pounds and pence on your orders, plus free gifts for staying subscribed. There are no points to convert.

When does my credit arrive?

Credit is added to your account when your subscription payment goes through, ahead of your next delivery.

I don’t subscribe. Do I still earn?

Yes. Every single purchase earns 25p, from your very first order. Your balance is locked until you start a subscription, and then the whole amount becomes yours to spend.

Which free pack will I get?

The other one. Original subscribers get the 1L Barista Pack with their 3rd order, and Barista subscribers get the 1L Original Pack. If you subscribe to both, you choose in your account. The large glass bottle with your 7th order always matches the formulation you drink.

What happens to my credit if I cancel?

Unused credit and your progress toward gifts reset if you cancel. Anything you’ve already received or spent is yours to keep.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Share your personal link. Your friend gets £5 off their first order automatically, and once they’ve ordered we add £5 to your Oaties balance. Every 5th friend earns you £10.
