Ingredients

  • A handful of fresh or frozen British strawberries
  • 1 banana (frozen = extra creamy)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (hello, fibre and omega-3s)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 medjool dates (pitted, of course)

Method

  1. Pop everything into a blender.
