MYOM Black Friday and Cyber Monday Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 November 2026. These terms apply to the MYOM Black Friday and Cyber Monday case offers running from 19 to 30 November 2026 (the Promotion) on myom.shop.
A General
1. The Promotion is run by MYOM Ltd, company number 14047417, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA (MYOM, we, us). These terms apply alongside our Terms of Service. By placing a promotional order, you agree to these terms.
2. The Promotion opens at 00:00 on 19 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 November 2026, UK time. It includes Black Friday on 27 November and Cyber Monday on 30 November. You must complete your order during this period to receive the promotional price; adding a product to your basket does not reserve that price or stock.
3. The Promotion is available to customers aged 18 or over ordering directly from myom.shop for delivery to a UK address. It does not apply to purchases through other retailers, marketplaces or trade channels.
B Promotional products and prices
4. The following one-off case purchases are included in the Promotion. Each price is for one complete case, with free standard UK delivery:
MYOM Original 65g case: 48 × 65g pouches, each making 500ml when prepared as directed; 24 litres in total. Promotional price £29.99. RRP £59.96. Saving £29.97.
MYOM Original 130g case: 32 × 130g pouches, each making 1 litre when prepared as directed; 32 litres in total. Promotional price £37.39. RRP £51.96. Saving £14.57.
MYOM Barista 130g case: 24 × 130g pouches, each making 1 litre when prepared as directed; 24 litres in total. Promotional price £34.00. RRP £43.96. Saving £9.96.
5. Savings are calculated against the RRPs listed above, not against any other promotional price. Discounts vary by product. “Up to 50% off” is a rounded maximum saving and does not mean that every promotional product is half price.
6. Prepared-litre prices are £1.25 for the Original 65g case, £1.17 for the Original 130g case and £1.42 for the Barista 130g case, rounded to the nearest penny. The “from £1.17 per litre delivered” claim refers to the Original 130g case at £37.39 divided by 32 prepared litres.
7. Only the three cases listed above are included. Starter Bundles, individual bottles and other packs are not included in this Promotion. A reusable bottle is not included with these case offers.
C How to use the offers
8. Promotional prices apply automatically to eligible one-off purchases during the Promotion. No discount code is required. Check the product, case quantity and total before completing your order.
9. The Promotion does not apply to subscription purchases or renewals. Existing subscriptions continue on their agreed terms and do not automatically receive these promotional prices.
10. Other discount codes cannot be used with these offers. Promotional savings cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order placed before the Promotion started.
11. MYOM Rewards and Referrals credit, eligibility and benefits remain governed by the applicable programme terms. These promotional terms do not introduce an additional rewards benefit or remove an existing entitlement under those terms.
D Delivery and availability
12. Free standard UK delivery is included with each promotional case, including the Original 65g case at £29.99. The usual £30 minimum spend for free delivery does not apply to these case offers. This promotional delivery term takes precedence over a conflicting standard delivery-charge threshold on our website.
13. Delivery estimates and any alternative delivery options are shown before you place your order. Promotional demand may affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, damaged or missing, contact help@myom.shop so that we can help. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Promotional products are subject to availability. If a case sells out, we will update its availability on the website. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods and any associated delivery charge that is due back to you.
E Cancellations returns and refunds
15. Our Terms of Service and applicable cancellation and returns policies apply to promotional purchases. Your statutory rights are unaffected by buying at a promotional price, including your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
16. Where a refund is due for a promotional product, it will be based on the amount you actually paid for that product, not its RRP. Any delivery refund will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and the applicable policy. Contact help@myom.shop with your order number for assistance.
F Changes and consumer rights
17. We will not change the closing date unless unavoidable circumstances beyond our control make a change necessary and the change complies with applicable promotional rules. Any necessary change will be explained on the offers page and these terms updated. It will not reduce your rights under an order we have already accepted.
18. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
