MYOM: Black Friday 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions
These Promotion Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) apply to MYOM’s Black Friday promotional offer running on www.myom.shop between 21 November and 1 December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). They apply in addition to MYOM’s Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and General Promotional Terms, all of which continue to apply.
By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
1. Promoter
The promoter is MYOM Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
Registered office: Mulberry House, 21a Main Road, Crick, NN6 7TU.
Throughout these terms, “MYOM”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to MYOM Ltd.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to all customers purchasing via www.myom.shop during the Promotion Period.
2.2 The offer applies to customers in the United Kingdom only.
2.3 Employees of MYOM Ltd and connected parties may participate but cannot combine this promotion with internal discount arrangements.
3. Promotional Mechanic
3.1 Customers will receive 20% off the retail price of eligible MYOM cases, plus free UK standard delivery, when using the code BLACK20 at checkout.
3.2 Eligible products for this promotion include:
- MYOM Barista Oat Case: 4 × 130 g packs of 6 (makes 24 litres)
- MYOM Original Oat Case: 4 × 130 g packs of 8 (makes 32 litres)
- MYOM Original Oat 65 g Case: 4 × 65 g packs of 12 (makes 48 × 500 ml)
3.3 The discount applies only when the code ‘BLACK20’ is entered at checkout.
3.4 The discount cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been placed.
4. Restrictions
4.1 The promotion applies to one-time purchases only. Subscription orders are excluded.
4.2 The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, referral credit, subscription discount, bundle price, or promotional code.
4.3 No minimum purchase is required.
4.4 There are no usage limits per customer, provided purchases comply with normal consumer purchasing behaviour.
4.5 The promotion applies only to products specifically included in section 3.2.
4.6 MYOM reserves the right to remove products from the promotion at any time if stock becomes limited.
5. Promotion Period
5.1 The offer is valid from 00:01 on 21 November 2025 until 23:59 on 1 December 2025.
5.2 Orders placed before or after this window will not qualify for the promotional discount.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Free UK standard delivery applies to all qualifying orders placed within the Promotion Period.
6.2 Delivery times may be extended during peak trading periods.
6.3 All other delivery terms described in MYOM’s Shipping Policy apply.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
7.1 This promotion involves products sold at a discounted price. Accordingly, “changed-your-mind” cancellations or returns will not be accepted for purchases made under this promotion (i.e., returns for those reasons are excluded).
7.2 If the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, the standard returns and refunds provisions set out in the MYOM Returns & Refunds Policy apply in full: we will either replace the product or issue a full refund (including return postage).
7.3 If we do accept a return under clause 7.2 and a refund is issued, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price you actually paid under the promotion.
7.4 Promotional benefits (such as free UK standard delivery) are non-refundable.
7.5 If you return part of your order (and only a part) and the balance of the items no longer satisfies the terms of the promotion, we reserve the right to recalculate the refund amount to reflect the fact that the promotional pricing may no longer apply.
8. Abuse of the Promotion
8.1 MYOM reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if we reasonably suspect:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of promotional mechanics
- Bulk purchasing for resale
- Use of automated purchasing tools
8.2 In such cases, MYOM may cancel the order or require repayment of the promotional discount.
9. Changes to the Promotion
9.1 MYOM may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time in the event of technical issues, operational constraints, or circumstances outside our control.
9.2 Any such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits MYOM’s liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
10.2 MYOM will not be responsible for:
- Technical failures preventing promotional code use
- Delays caused by high traffic volumes
- Delivery delays outside our reasonable control
11. Governing Law
These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
