Returns Policy
MYOM Returns & Refunds
We want you to love MYOM. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:
Changed your mind?
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know if you’d like to cancel.
- We’ll refund you in full (including our standard delivery cost).
- To keep things safe and hygienic, returns must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Please note: the cooling-off period doesn’t apply once the packaging has been opened.
Sending things back
- Just email us within 14 days at help@myom.shop to start the return.
- You’ll need to cover the return postage unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
- Refunds are sent back to your original payment card within 14 days of us receiving your return.
- Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered?
That’s on us. If your MYOM arrives faulty, unsafe or misdescribed, we’ll send you a replacement or give you a full refund — and we’ll cover the postage too.
Sale or promotional items
We don’t accept “change of mind” returns on discounted items. But don’t worry — if the product is faulty or not as described, you’ll still get a refund or replacement.
